We interviewed 4 or 5 fence companies before settling on Master Fences. Other places were quoting us around $14k for the job that Master Fences did for $10k. The fence took about three days to install. The first day they removed the old fence and put all of the new posts in place. The second day the majority of the fence was installed. The third day all the finishing was done (cutting the dips and putting on the caps, etc.). It was really fun to watch the fast progress. The gentlemen that put the fence up were very hard working. Carlos stopped by the site several times to make sure we were happy with the progress.
Our last fence needed to be replaced because it was made from a defective material that cracked in cold windy weather. For this reason, I waited a couple of winters before giving my review to make sure that this new fence was durable. Our yard is not protected by trees etc. from the wind. The fence has held up beautifully over the last two years. The Wyngate design offers great privacy, but also allows wind to go through. It also looks really nice. When the fence was first installed it was a beautify cedar color. Of course the color has darkened since then (as all cedar fences do). However, the fence has held up great! I have no complaints and would recommend Master Fences. 

 I had recently bought a ground-level condo and sought to put up a fence for my dog. After a different contractor failed to keep his appointment, I found Master Fences on Angie's List. Sabrina and Carlos worked with me each step of the way to provide an estimate for the job, obtain approvals from the city and my condominium association, and finally to complete the fencing project. I'm very happy with the result, and am glad to have a more private space for me and my dog to relax. 

 They responded quickly to my initial request for an estimate, were on time for the appointment and had the best price. Got an Angie's List discount! They were polite and finished the project on time and budget, no hassles. We're very pleased! Would definitely use them again. 

 Weather aware we watched reports closely to set the work dates to avoid this summers wettest days! The company owner, Carlos Ruano, called to let us know the deck materials would be delivered before the install days. When day one of install arrived the crew got to work early and worked all day (they must have taken a lunch break but everytime I looked at least two were working!) The first day was entirely used for removal of the old deck and inspection of the remaining support posts. Day two began the install of the new deck. Day three was job completion.
Each day the job site was cleaned at the end of the day.
After one month Carlos returned to stain and seal the deck. And he made a second visit to touch up the stain & seal.
We are very happy with the results and strongly recommend Carlos and his crew. 

 I loved working with Master Fences. Their office staff was friendly and responsive. Carlos came out to give us an estimate and was very pleasant to work with. He understood what we wanted and was able to show us samples to verify. We were impressed with him in every way.
We scheduled a convenient time (they were happy to work with us on our scheduled so we could be home while they did the installation) and they put in the fence today. It looks fantastic.
I've been very impressed with both Carlos and his team. They're hard-working and were willing to work with me on the changes I'd come up with at the last second. The fence looks exactly as we wanted it to and we're very happy with the result.
I'd use Master Fences again and will be recommending them to all our friends and neighbors. 

 They are absolutely excellent. They came right out, did the estimate, and they made a last minute change per my request. The fence looks great. 

 I thought they did a great job. Carlos was very communicative and responsive. I was happy with the crew and the timeliness of their work. I'd use them again. 

 Called for an estimate and received a return call immediately. I scheduled a time for the estimate and Carlos was on time, polite and very helpful. We agreed on a price and time for repair. I was out of town for a week, but the repair was done while I was not at home and I called on my return and paid with a credit card. The repairs were done well and I am very pleased. 

 On one side of my home, I had a small section (around 8 ft) of old rusty chain link fence removed and replaced including having a small gate installed. On the other side of my home I had a small section (around 8 ft) of old chain link rusty fence and a double gate removed and replaced as well. They drilled a hole in the concrete for the metal bar that helps to keep things in place for the double gate, as there wasn't one previously. They did an excellent job and it looks great. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have fencing done. 

 They arrived on time, did the job cleanly, no complaints. They had to go through some concrete pavers to sink the fenceposts, which they did without any problems. Great price, great service. 

 Carlos Ruano met with me and managed the job. He was very attentive and professional and a pleasure to know and work with. His crew worked hard and did a great job. The price, quality, and timeliness were excellent. 

 My experience with them was excellent. They were very responsive and the fellow they sent out first was very knowledgeable and saved me countless dollars because he was able to lay out options that I have never heard of before, and it turned out to be pretty simple to fix and he took care of the problem. I was fully prepared to have to replace the fences, but he had options for me. He just put new posts in and he said I would be set for 10 years. I don't know how many thousands of dollars I saved. It was a lot. In no time at all they came out. They put the new posts in and did what they needed to do. They were great and they were great in returning phone calls. They were just great in every way. 

 We never had the fence installed yet but so far it has gone pretty well and they've been responsive and very flexible in scheduling, so far so good. They weren't pushy, we told them we were looking to get the quote and we were hoping to have the fence installed in a few months, we needed to wait a little while and they were fine with that. We have to reschedule a couple of appointments and they were flexible about that too and they didn't seem to have any issues with it and they've done good work so far. 

 The Master fence company complete work on scheduled day and time. The team did no create a large mess of my yard or disturb my neighbors as with privacy contract companies. The was completed and a call from there office later arrived for a site survey and happiness with the work performed. Overall a great experience. 

 I really like them. They were on time. When they promised to be here, whether it was for the estimate or the actual work, they showed up on time. The quote that they gave me was what they ended up charging me. 

 I called several companies and Master Fences was by far the lowest estimate. Carlos came out only a few days after I called, gave me a pamphlet with styles to choose from, and provided me with an estimate on the spot. Carlos was punctual, informative and very friendly. I had a patio built around part of the chain link fence that was to be removed, and Master Fences was the only contractor that didn't insist on digging out a large portion of my patio to replace the metal fence post. Carlos simply said that wasn't a problem, and they could easily extend the metal post to 6 feet without damaging the patio. The workers showed up on time on the day of installation and Carlos came by about halfway through to check on the work. I am very pleased with the new fence and would certainly use them again in the future.
